Local pilots have been experiencing mellow spring conditions (when it has not been snowing). Small (20-30k) distances are being achieved. Cloud base continues to rise as the snow line receeds and the local competiveness is hotting up.

Snow still present but spring thermals have been noticed with those nice flat bottom fluffies beginning to show above the peaks-

We have pilots wishing to share costs of travel, accomodation and transport. Rental cars etc,

Snow has arrived so no local practice ( except on those speed gliders) is being done but organisation is well underway for summer 08/09.

Entries have already been received.
